Krag'Vexra, Hand of Nightmares, is a godly uber weapon, released with Patch X-5. It is the personal weapon and tool of the Old God of Nightmares, Atru'Nexra.

The Old Gods Atru'Nexra and Dje'serus would spark multiple conflicts between themselves, often one beating the other. One day Dje'serus got the upper hand.
Atru'Nexra needed a new tool, one that could beat Dje'serus. Krag'Vexra was the solution, and is now the most powerful weapon of his to date.
With his old hammer out of the way, Atru'Nexra used the very powers of Krag'Vexra to steal and consume dreams, thus making him brutally strong. He created armies of minions which created fear in others. The gazing eye embedded in it seeks to destroy your soul...
In Game Lore[]
Krag'Vexra is the first smithable uber weapon. However, this requires the two other hammers that Atru'Nexra drops as well, them being disenchanted with a essence exclusive to the instance. The other ingredients are abundant, albeit some rarer than others.
